I see lots of cvs and resumes every week.
And it's crazy to see that so many people who have good education, who have paid a lot of money to study in expensive business schools can be so bad at doing a resume.
Why be so boring, unexpressive... of course we won't hire you. Because 90% of the CVs we receive are just all the same.
Stop thinking that talking 2 languages is enough. Even 3 languages is totally normal in a city like Barcelona where there are so many foreigners. And even if you do a standard job good... there'll always be someone as good as you, and most of the time cheaper.
So show the recruiters that you are the best, that you can use the new tools, that you can convince them that you are the ONE.
I always like to see: "very good at using Microsoft Office"... and then the Word document is a crap.. For me it's an immediate NO GO.
Why nobody sends us Video or Youtube's resume?
